Nemlig Shopper MCP App

MCP App · UI in chat
from"mhattingpete"
9

mhattingpete maintains this community Python project for Nemlig.com, a Danish grocery service. The MCP server parses recipes, searches products and fills a basket; pick_products links to ui://nemlig/picker.html so supported hosts can show clickable product cards.

Not for: Placing an order or use outside Nemlig.com. There is intentionally no checkout tool, and the project relies on an unofficial Nemlig API.

>Questions

Does Nemlig Shopper place the grocery order?

No. It fills the basket and stops. Review and place the order yourself on nemlig.com.

Does the product picker render in every MCP client?

No. Supported MCP Apps hosts show clickable cards; other clients receive the same product candidates as a conversational list.

Can I disable the embedded picker?

Yes. Set NEMLIG_MCP_APPS=0, false, no or off; the server then omits pick_products and the ui:// resource.
